Return Policy

We here at The Charm Cove do not hold back with providing refunds to our customers. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we want to make it right. As long as you request a refund within 24 hours of placing your order, or within 7 days of receiving your order, you are eligible for a full refund. You’ll just need the receipt or proof of purchase for us to access your order number (an order confirmation email will suffice).
"HOW DO I GO ABOUT RETURNING MY ITEM(S)?"
To start a return, you can contact us at support@thecharmcove.com, with the subject "Return". *Please note that our customer support team is online each day from 9am-6pm EST. If you email outside of working hours, note that we received your email and will reply as soon as we are back in the office*. 
Please just provide your order number, and the reason for your return. Once your return email is received by our team, we'll send you your money back, no questions asked. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if 24 hours have past since the placing of your order, you'll simply need to wait to receive your package before requesting a refund, as all orders are sent into fulfillment 24 hours after an order is placed. As long as you request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order, you will be eligible for a full refund. With any questions regarding our return process, feel free to contact us at support@thecharmcove.com. If you simply chargeback to your bank without contacting us, we will not be able to provide a refund as we now need to prove that the delivery of products was made to you.
